Porami Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the Porami service available at porami.pl and related campaign, survey, reward, and service pages.

Porami is a service that connects short surveys for local businesses with the possibility of saving a reward after meeting the campaign conditions. By using the service, the user accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Porami Reward Rules.

1. Operator and contact

Porami is the service operator. For matters concerning the service, contact contact@porami.pl.

The operator's identifying details may be completed or updated before the service is fully launched to the public.

2. Scope of the service

Porami allows users to open business campaigns, answer surveys, verify a phone number with a one-time code, save rewards in the My Rewards section, and use codes or QR codes to confirm reward redemption.

Businesses may create campaigns, rewards, and survey materials, and receive reports. A business's staff may check and confirm reward redemption only within the scope of the access granted to them.

3. Conditions of use

The user agrees to:

• use Porami in accordance with the law, these terms, and the intended purpose of the service;
• use a phone number that belongs to them or that they are legally entitled to use;
• not impersonate other people, businesses, staff, or Porami;
• not automate surveys, create fictitious accounts, bypass reward limits, or attempt to obtain multiple rewards contrary to campaign rules.

4. Phone verification and rewards account

Porami may require phone verification with a one-time code to save a reward, restore access to saved rewards, prevent abuse, and limit repeated use of the same campaign.

The phone number is used as the user's identifier in Porami. In the standard service flow, the user's phone number is not disclosed to businesses or their staff.

5. Rewards and campaigns

A preview of a reward before completing a survey does not mean that the reward has been saved. A reward is saved only after the required steps have been completed, including the survey, phone verification, and acceptance of the required documents.

The detailed rules for saving and redeeming rewards, their validity and limitations, QR codes, manual codes, and promotional codes are set out in the Porami Reward Rules.

6. Optional consents

Consent to Nearby Rewards and consent to future SMS messages are separate from the required documents. The absence of optional consent should not prevent the user from saving the current reward if the other required conditions are met.

The user may change communication or offer preferences in accordance with the settings available for the relevant feature.

7. Prohibited actions

In particular, the following are prohibited:

• copying, scraping, bulk downloading, or using Porami data without permission;
• attempting to bypass reward limits, security measures, OTP codes, or staff access controls;
• using rewards contrary to their conditions;
• actions that disrupt the service, its security, or business reports.

8. Availability and changes to the service

Porami may develop, limit, temporarily disable, or change service features for technical, security, legal, or product reasons.

Porami may suspend a campaign, reward, or user's access if there is a reasonable suspicion of an error, abuse, fraud, breach of these terms, or a legal or security risk.

9. Liability

Porami is responsible for the operation of the platform layer to the extent provided by law. A participating business is responsible for the content of its offer, delivery of its service or product, and fulfilment of the reward conditions, unless the law or specific arrangements provide otherwise.

Porami does not guarantee that every campaign, reward, or feature will be continuously available, or that every reward preview will result in a saved reward.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law and mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

Porami may update these terms. If a change requires renewed acceptance, the user will be asked to accept it before continuing to use the relevant features.
